Anchorage Abuse

From a news article:
"Anchorage Archdiocese launches investigation of sexual misconduct allegations since 1966" (adn.com)
.
I came across this article 1.24.22 from the Anchorage Daily News of 2018.
I wonder how this investigation is going?
.
I want to inform you of the following scripture written nearly 2,000 years ago, concerning conduct toward abuse in the church:
.
1Timothy 5:
19 Do not entertain an accusation against an elder unless it is brought by two or three witnesses.
20 But those elders who are sinning you are to reprove before everyone, so that the others may take warning.
21 I charge you, in the sight of God and Christ Jesus and the elect angels, to keep these instructions without partiality,
and to do nothing out of favoritism.

"...reprove in front of everyone..."
.
1966 to 2018 is 52 years that things have been hidden?
Paul would not approve.
.
A question for you:
If a child is kidnapped, brought into his abductors home, then raped,
does he have the right to escape run into the street and announce her abuse?
Or must he stay silent until he gets home, and only tell her parents?
What then if the rape happens is a church, of any denomination?
What kind of grooming must be occurring to produce silence on the part of the children, and the parents?
An individual church that does this is a cult, even if the denomination would not approve.
.
In the case of any church rape, parents, too, must be groomed to maintain silence.
And clergy underlings must also be groomed to stay silent.
I believe one of the deepest, darkest, hottest pits of hell is reserved for church sex-abusers.
Perhaps the sanctity of the confessional was structured for rapist-clergy who didn't want anyone to know of their sins.
.
"...But those elders who are sinning you are to reprove in front of everyone..."

My wife likes to watch the TV program 'The Hoarders'.
On 1-24-23, the elderly client with the hoarded-home, refused to cooperate with those wanting to excavate her home.
The cleanup crew had to just leave, but then felt they needed to call Elderly Protective Services
because she might not be safe in circumstances of her own making.
Now why then, is an employed sex-pervert allowed to keep his position, without protecting the child, until a 'review' is done.
Why? Why? Why?
Why are not the police called immediately?
