But sometimes our parents make decisions that put us into difficult people-groups..

A difficult thing is to be conceived out-of-wedlock..

Kids conceived out-of-wedlock have a higher risk of substandard lives.

Many of them wind up in foster care,

Some people call them 'foster kids', 

but I don't,

because it labels them, when it is the deficient parents that should be labeled.

But kids in foster care can outgrow the shadows of their childhoods

and become regular adults.

While you feel you have holes in your heart about things gone wrong in your life,

most adults on this planet also feel as hole-y as a sponge,

for one reason or another.

There is no such thing as a perfectly-happy adult,
