Types of Molestation

I see a few types of, and factors in, child molestation.
Here are my labels and definitions:
.
First, what constitutes molestation or sexual abuse?
1) The exposure of a person's normally-private-parts, known for being erogenous zones in adults - for the gratification of an adult.
This exposure goes for either the child or the adult involved. This includes the use of hidden cameras.
2) Unnecessary, non-emergency contact of private parts of either the child or the adult with a body part of the other person.
3) Conversations or exposure to sexual media meant to groom a child into accepting sexual advances from the adult.
Sexual advances can include requesting to photograph or video the child in suggestive ways.
.
Types of Molestation: (my definitions)

1) Pediatric Molestation:    Molestation of a child that has no carriage of any sexual maturity.
.
2) Pubescent Molestation: There may be some adult development, but the child's juvenile-ality is obvious.
.
3) Uninformed Consent:   A child may have an innocent curiosity about one's body, and a groomer can lead such a child into unhealthy exploration
for the pleasure of the groomer and to the abuse of the child.

Decades ago, I knew of a 7th Grade female who asked a Senior high-schooler if he knew anything about sex.
The wrong person could have used this as a selfish opportunity, but the young man was wiser than that.
The girl's curiosity was not informed consent. It was uninformed, ignorant curiosity.
.
4) Disability Molestation: This is the abuse of anyone considered to have a physical, intellectual or emotional disability
that places them under the care and control of others. This comes up in the news occasionally.
.
5) Authoritarian Molestation: This is when anyone classified as a legal authoritarian figure molests anyone who is a child or as a care-client,
when their authority seems to beget harmful compliance from the victim.
Authoritarian figures would include:
Any older relative, neighbor, or childcare figure that cares for, or monitors the child.
This can include underage, but sexually capable, relatives who are caregivers.
Any school official that the child believes can give him or her orders.
Any type of sports leader. Any medical caregiver.
Any police or court figure, or child welfare associate.
Anyone who dons any type of uniform or portrays themself to be an authority figure to the child.

6) Parental Disconsent: Until a child is of legal age, the parent has a right to dictate all the child's activities.
In my opinion, the sexual age of consent should be the same for all adult-ish activities, including:

   marriage, entering the armed forces,
entering any type of financial or legal or educational contract,
being charged as an adult for a crime,
voting, gun purchase, adult driver's license, etc.

7) False charges of molestation. Another type of child-harm is created through false charges of molestation,
usually from the mother toward the father.
I consider this a type of sexual molestation because the mother is using the child's genitals (in a manner)
to destroy the father and to make her divorce/custody-efforts more successful.
.
Although I'm a New Testament guy, I believe the Old Testament gives us clues to our immutable God's personality,
concerning His perspective on true justice:
.
Deuteronomy 19 says,
15 One witness is not enough to convict anyone accused of any crime or offense they may have committed.
A matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.

16 If a malicious witness takes the stand to accuse someone of a crime,
17 the two people involved in the dispute must stand in the presence of the Lord before the priests and the judges who are in office at the time.
18 The judges must make a thorough investigation, and if the witness proves to be a liar, giving false testimony against a fellow Israelite,
19 then do to the false witness as that witness intended to do to the other party. You must purge the evil from among you.
20 The rest of the people will hear of this and be afraid, and never again will such an evil thing be done among you.
21 Show no pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot."

While this scripture is no longer in force in civil law,
I sincerely believe that this is still how the Judgment Day works.
The false abuser of child abuse will get the same eternal Judgment as a child molester.

Yes, I believe a woman who falsely accuses her husband of sexually molesting their children is eternally doomed to the Lake of Fire...
If unconfessed and unrepented, that woman will have the same eternal fate as an unrepentant, unconfessed child molester.
Yep. False accusations of molestations are as evil as real molestations.
.
If you, as a child, have been molested, you need to tell those, in authority, so other youngsters are not harmed.
And if you have been used to falsely accused someone, consider going to go to the police and make it right.
Perhaps the false accuser will repent and be saved from the eternal fires of Hell.
